Neohapsis WATCH™
Neohapsis provides monitoring, data collection, correlation of alarms and delivery of highly filtered event information, based upon extensive event correlation technologies. All information technology environments require proactive monitoring for conditions which may cause outages, failures, security events or other issues in which fast and efficient resolution is required. WATCH™ services are tailored for each environment on a product-by-product, service-by-service and/or holistic approach to ensure that only the significant and relevant events are reported and acted upon. WATCH™ services include:
- Portal access
- Service installation management
- Incident management (validation, notification, and escalation)
- Trend reporting
- 24x7 Incident monitoring and validation
- Synthetic transactions (when purchased)
- Notification and escalation of events
Neohapsis SOLVE™
Through the use of extensive expertise and monitoring, Neohapsis' SOLVE™ delivers a service which not only monitors for specific issues, but also provides recommended solutions for these incidents. The SOLVE™ service level, which includes all elements of the WATCH™ service level, enables Neohapsis to work closely with you to identify problems in your managed infrastructure. SOLVE™ facilities include all the features of WATCH™ above, plus:
- Incident management (investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery)
- Problem management (problem control, proactive problem management)
- Asset identification and reporting
- Trend reporting and analysis
- Incident resolution, basic troubleshooting
- Dedicated primary analyst
Neohapsis MANAGE™
As a complete managed services solution, MANAGE™ assumes responsibility for providing 24x7 system, network, application, database and/or security administration. In essence, Neohapsis becomes an integral part of your team. MANAGE™ level services include all the features of WATCH™ and SOLVE™ above, plus:
- Incident ownership
- Problem management (error control, root cause analysis)
- Change management
- Configuration management
- Release management
- Trend reporting and proactive services (performance tuning, customized services)
