Implementation Services

The Neohapsis Professional Services Organization offers implementation services to ensure quick and effective implementation of our solutions. We work closely with Customers to ensure successful deployments, and customization where desired. Our Professional Services team has developed a detailed methodology that ensures consistency and high quality in every engagement. Methodology components include project management, business and technical requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and knowledge transfer.

In addition to standard product implementations, we offer:

  • Product Customization: Although most customer requirements can be met during the normal product implementation process, in situations where a customer would like a uniquely customized workflow or product customization which requires significant application modification, we engage member of our engineering team to design and scope the customization to meet the customer’s specific needs. This can usually be completed quickly and easily and does not take significantly more effort than a standard implementation.
  • Report Customization: Our products have a large number of canned reports which come standard with the product purchase. If additional report customization is required we can either do the report customization for you as a professional services engagement, or train a member of your team to develop customized reports using standard reporting tools.
  • Training: Training on product use for various internal roles is conducted as part of every standard implementation. For customers who add new members to the team, or want to add new divisions or acquisitions to the scope of application coverage, we are happy to return to do additional standard or customized training.
